Past, Present and Future

2012 marked the 30th anniversary of the opening of the Albany on Douglas Way.

The Albany has a long history in Deptford stretching back to 1899, but after the original Albany Empire was damaged by fire in the 70’s, a new site was established on Douglas Way and in 1982 the new Albany was officially opened by our then patron, Diana, Princess of Wales.
