Hercules Productions has a vision to create new fresh and inventive work. The key to our projects is bringing together inexperienced and experienced artists to work together in a professional arts environment. All these artists are from diverse communities in Manchester to create real dialogue between people about the issues they face in the inner city. We seek to raise the profile of cultural diversity in the North West through raw new work that challenges the social boundaries, takes risks and breaks new ground in performance.

We run drama and music based projects with young underprivileged people who do not have many opportunities to work within the visual arts. We work with young people on devising and creating new theatre and run workshops about issues that are affecting their lives and surroundings.

Hercules Productions offers hard-hitting, original and honest theatre that is produced to a high standard, and opens the eyes of audiences. It incorporates both multi-media and new and vibrant music, creating a new era in theatre. It combines music and theatre in a new and adventurous way that is a challenging and exciting experience for participants and audiences.
